If you're the first person from your company to register for an account with the Infotech® Express or any other Infotech services, please see this article on manager account registration.
If you're not the first person to get an account, ask the person who registered to send you an invitation. When this is done, you'll receive an email from Infotech Team with an activation link to join the business.
- Once the form is filled out, click Register. You will be added to the Infotech Express service in an user role. Your role can be changed by any user with a manager role.
- Click Account Activation in the email. Logging into the service without activating your account will give you an error message about your email or password being invalid.
Users assigned to a manager role can invite or remove other users and change user roles. You can't change your own role.
