Usually a result of your browser storage (or cache) reading a previous version of an attachment when trying to upload new attachments to your bid.
Delete your browser history, including temporary internet files and cookies. Close and reopen the browser, and try again.
If that doesn't work, check your filename extension and verify there's only one period. You can also try increasing your browser storage, or use a different internet connection.

Usually a result of attempting to upload a corrupted attachment. If your files are saved on a server, save them to your computer. Add the attachments again using the files on your computer. |

Usually a result of the bid bond agent not entering the correct solicitation number. Contact the bonding agent and verify the correct solicitation number was entered, not copied and pasted, into the system, and then have the agent reissue the bond with the correct solicitation number. Retry the bid bond verification. |
Bid Bond goal is partially met. |
Can happen if the Bond Percent field has an incorrect entry. Make sure the entry is correct, including any leading or following zeroes, and try again. |
Bond error; bond maximum allowable amount exceeded. |
Usually occurs when the wrong allowable amount is entered by the bonding agent, most often a dollar amount instead of a percentage (for example, $5.00 instead of 5%). Contact the bonding agent to have them enter the correct allowable amount. |
All required fields must be filled in before verifying a bond. |
Usually occurs when required bid bond data is missing. |

Usually happens when attempting an action in the service that requires the user to have a manager role.
- Have a user with a manager account for the Infotech Express service use a different email address to invite themselves to join the business.
- Have the new user activate the account and immediately log out.
- Make the new user a manager in the Infotech Express service.
- Have the new user log in and navigate to the Bid Express service.

Usually a result of not having the proper system requirements. Make sure Internet Explorer is running as 32 bit and that your ActiveX controls are enabled. You can also add the service to your trusted sites. |
