- Solicitations are counted when the deadline falls within the selected dates.
- Submissions are counted when the bids are fetched.
- Dollar amounts are counted when the bids are opened.
Use the Start date and End date fields to set the date range for your bid submissions.
You can see a quick overall view of the totals for your solicitations in the metrics displayed at the top of the page. The metrics also note the differences for the same range of days previous to the start date of the date range.
The totals include RFPs, responsive and non-responsive bids, all manual bids, and each bid of a multiple bid submission for both closed and advertised solicitations.
The vendor metric counts each vendor only one time, regardless of how many bids they submitted.
The Solicitation Activity graph shows the total number of bids received and the number of vendors for each month of the specified date range. Each vendor is counted only once per month for the date range, regardless of how many times the vendor submitted bids. Because of this, the vendor total may not match the vendor total in the vendors metric.
The Total Dollars bar chart displays the bid dollars for each month of the specified date range. The sum of the dollar amounts in this chart matches the Totals metric at the top of the page.
The vendor location map shows the location of each vendor that bid on the submissions in the date range.
The red indicates more vendors are located in that area of the map. Each vendor is counted only once.
