The My Account pages hold the details for your account that are not related to a service, like your password, business information, or other employees who use the service.
Select My Account from the upper right corner. The service sends you to the My Account page and displays your name and business contact information.
Edit your account information
You can update your name, contact information, and communication preferences on the My Account pages. If you change your name and have an Infotech® Digital ID, you will need to create a new Digital ID and pay any costs.
If you change your business name, anyone in your business that has a legacy Digital ID will need new multi-browser Digital IDs and to pay any costs.
Updating your communication preferences will take you to the Infotech corporate web page.

From the My Account page, click Edit in the header with your name.

Update the information. If you have a Digital ID, any changes to your name or business name will result in needing a new Digital ID.

When you're done, click Update.
All Infotech services will update with the new information. The service will post a message if the changes require new Digital IDs.
Update email address
When you update your email address, you will receive a security code to the email address currently on file to authorize the change.

While on the My Account page, click Actions in the header with your name.

Select Change Email and follow the instructions to change your address.
The service returns you to the My Account page. Remember to use your new address the next time you log in to the service.
Update security question
The security question is used if you ever forget your password.

From the My Account page, click Actions.

Select Change Security Challenge Question. This opens the Change Security Challenge Question page.
Change password

From the My Account page, click Actions.

Select Change password. The service opens the Change Password page.

Follow the instructions to change your password
Remember to use your new password the next time you log in.
Disable your account
Disabling your account will remove access to all Infotech Express services.
Please be certain before you disable your account. This action cannot be undone.

From the My Account page, click Edit in the header with your name.

Scroll to the bottom and click Yes, disable my account.

Read the information in the window and follow the instructions for disabling your account.
The login page will display with a notice your account has been disabled, and you will receive an email confirmation.
Service notices
You will receive a notice when Infotech has information to share, such as holiday hours for customer support or an update on inclement weather. When there is a new notice, a number displays in the bell icon at the top of the page. The notice is also shown in the service.
Red notices have a high priority. Yellow ones have a medium priority. Blue ones are low priority. Click the X to delete the notice from the page.
Click the bell Notice icon to open the Notices page. Use the product filter to see notices for a specific product.
