The My Account page holds the details for your account that are not related to a service, like your password, business information, or other employees who use the service.
Select Account settings from the user menu within any service. The service sends you to the My Account page and displays your name and business contact information.
You can update your name, contact information, and communication preferences on the My Account page.
Note | If you change your name and have an Infotech® Digital ID™, you will need to create a new Digital ID and pay any costs.
Updating your communication preferences will take you to the Infotech corporate web page.
- From the My Account page, click Edit in the header with your name.
- Update the information. If you have a Digital ID, any changes to your name or business name will result in needing a new Digital ID.
- When you're done, click Update.
All Infotech services will update with the new information. The service will post a message if the changes require new Digital IDs.
When you update your email address, you will receive a security code to the email address currently on file to authorize the change.
- While on the My Account page, click Actions in the header with your name.
- Select Change Email and follow the instructions to change your address.
The service returns you to the My Account page. Remember to use your new address the next time you log in to the service.
- From the My Account page, click Actions.
- Select Change password. The service opens the Change Password page.
- Follow the instructions to change your password.
Remember to use your new password the next time you log in.
Disabling your account will remove access to all Infotech Express services.
Please be certain before you disable your account. This action cannot be undone.
- From the My Account page, click Edit in the header with your name.
- Scroll to the bottom and click Yes, disable my account.
- Read the information in the window and follow the instructions for disabling your account.
The login page will display with a notice your account has been disabled, and you will receive an email confirmation.
Account registration
Registration depends on whether you're the first person in your business to get an account.
If you are the first person from your company to register for an account with Infotech® Express or any other Infotech services, you become the account manager and you are responsible for inviting other employees to join your business within Infotech Express.
If you are the first person from your company to register for an account with Infotech® Express, go to www.infotechexpress.com or any of the Infotech services, and click Sign up. This will take you to the registration form.
- Fill out the registration form, agree to the Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, and DMCA Policy, and click Register.
- Once you have submitted your registration form, you will receive an email from Infotech to activate your account (if you do not see this email, please check your spam folder).
- Click Activate Account in the email. Logging into the service without activating your account will give you an error message about your email or password being invalid.
- Click the activation link, enter your password and agree to the subscriber agreement.
Once your account is activated, you can invite other employees to your business and start using the Infotech services.
If the business name you entered on your registration form is similar to one already registered in the Infotech Express service, you will see a message asking you if it is your business.
- If no, click Create New Business.
- If yes, click Request Invitation so the manager of the business account can email an invitation to you.
You won't see this if your business name doesn't match anything already registered.
If you are not the first person from your company to register for an account with Infotech® Express or any other Infotech services, ask the first person who registered to send you an invitation. When this is done, you'll receive an email from Infotech with an activation link to join the business.
From the invitation email, click the Create Account link.
Fill out the registration form, agree to the Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, and DMCA Policy and click Activate.
You will be added to the Infotech Express service in a user role within the business that invited you. Your role can be changed by any other user with a manager role. Users assigned to a manager role can invite or remove other users and change any user roles except their own.
To get to the main login page, go to www.infotechexpress.com.
- To log in, enter your email in the text entry field. Click Next.
- When prompted, enter your password. Click Enter.
From here, you can manage your account settings, or navigate to any Infotech service by expanding the product menu from the navigation bar.
