For Bid Express vendors
In this article:
Once the bid deadline has passed, contractors can view apparent bids or bid tabulations (if they've been posted by the owner-agency), print and archive their bid, or export bid sections.
Select the bid from the Bids or Solicitations tab.
Apparent bids
Once the bid deadline has passed and the owner-agency has posted the apparent bids, you can view the bids from the Bids tab or on the owner-agency's home page.
If the owner-agency chose to post them, the apparent bids are listed below the General Info section.
Apparent bids are listed in the order in which they were opened. The owner-agency can decide whether to post non-responsive bids or alternate totals.
Print bid
You can print your bid after the owner-agency has opened the bids.
- With your bid open, click Print Bid from the bid header.
The Bid Express service exports the bid into a PDF file and sends you an email when the PDF file is ready for download. The file can then be printed.
Reports
The Bid Express service organizes bid tabulation information in easy to read reports. You can view the bid tabulations after the bids have been opened if the owner-agency has posted them.
- Scroll to the General Info section of the bid.
-
Click the Reports button. This will be visible only if the owner-agency has allowed the bid tabulations to be viewed by vendors.
-
If you have the option, select whether you want to view Standard bid tabs, Bidder bid tabs, or Multiples bid tabs. The Bid Express service displays the selected bid tabs.
From here, you can create a PDF file of the bid tabulations or export them into a CSV file. When you are finished, close the tab in your browser to return to the solicitation.
