Reference data has changed. Items, materials, associations, and worksheets are now contained in collections. Your existing reference data has been consolidated into a collection titled [Your Business] reference. You can find it on the Reference Data tab under Collections.
The Items page lists all the items entered into the Appia service. From this page you can view and manage Appia item data.

Select Reference Data in the Sidebar menu.

Choose Items.
Any changes to associated materials must be done through the Item Materials page.
Add or edit a reference item
Changing an item in the reference data does not change the item already in use in a project. If the item is associated with a material, you will see the association in the item details.
Any field marked with an asterisk is required. If you are associating an item with a worksheet, add the worksheet to the reference data first.

Click Add to add a new item, or click the Item ID to change the item information.

Enter or update the item information in the appropriate fields.

Click Save.
If you are adding an item, the Appia system adds the reference item to the list and displays a successfully saved message.
Click Items in the navigation trail to return to the Items page.
Delete reference items
You can delete items that have already been assigned to a project without affecting the project.
- Click the X next to the selected item on the Items page.

Click OK in the delete confirmation window.
