Your Digital ID is tied to the browser and computer or device where it was created, which means the Bid Express® or Doc Express® services can't find it on the device or browser you're working on now.
In October 2020, Infotech introduced Digital IDs that can be used on most browsers, though you may have to import the ID to use it on a different browser. Older Digital IDs must be used on Internet Explorer 11.

How do I use my current device instead of the old one?
You can import the backup of your ID to the device you're working on. Don't have a backup? That's okay – you can create a new one from the original device. This way, you won't have to generate a replacement Digital ID and wait for it to be processed.
Log in to your Bid Express account from the device and browser where you created your Digital ID.
Click My Account in the upper right corner.
Click Digital ID in the Sidebar menu.
Click Back Up.
Now, open the device and browser you want to use, and import the ID.
I don't have access to that old device, nor do I have a backup ID
No worries. You'll just have to replace your current ID.
