Start your Bid Express® subscription

Though you can view solicitations and RFPs on the Bid Express service for free as a vendor, you must pay to prepare your bid in the service and submit it over the Internet. 

There are two options: a monthly subscription, and pay as you go.

Monthly subscription Bidding on an unlimited number of solicitations each month for one fee. You can also sign up for agency and solicitation notifications, and NIGP code notifications. 
Pay as you go Bid on the selected solicitation only, and receive agency and solicitation notifications for only that bid.

Once you decide which option to use:

  1. For a monthly subscription, click Start Your Subscription from the Home tab. You can also pay for the monthly subscription when you select the solicitation for bidding.

    For the pay as you go option, select the solicitation for bidding and click Pay for the Solicitation.

  2. Once you click your purchasing choice, you will see the Purchase Details page. 

  3. Verify the option you chose is correct. The Pay as you go option will list the selected solicitation.

  4. Click Pay With Card and enter your credit card information. 

  5. Click Pay $.

The Bid Express service processes your payment and opens the selected solicitation or returns you to the Home tab.

Once you are a monthly subscriber, you can set up your email notifications by selecting an agency from the Home page, and select your NIGP codes from the Settings > Notifications tabs. Depending on which agency you work with, you may also need a Digital ID.
