For Appia, Bid Express (at www.bidexpress.com) and Doc Express users

The Payments page displays your paid service subscriptions and payment information. Most services will let you know if you are performing an action that requires a subscription and will provide a link on how to subscribe. You cannot subscribe to any services from the Payments page.
Once you are subscribed to a service, you will be billed each month on the day you start your subscription.
To access the Payments page, select My Account from the Menu icon, represented by the circle with your initials in the upper left corner, then click Account Settings.
Click Payments in the Sidebar menu.
If you are subscribed to a service, you will see your subscription details, including your monthly subscription total and the paid-through date. You can also update your credit card information to keep your subscription current or unsubscribe from a service.
Business subscriptions
New users
Enter your credit card information and click the payment button.
Current users
If you're subscribing to a new service, select your current card to pay for the service with the card on file, or click Pay With New Card to change your credit card.
If you're renewing a subscription, enter your credit card information and click the Pay button.
If you're updating your the credit card on file:
Business transactions
The Business Transactions section displays a history of your transactions for Infotech services, including the product, amount, and the date.
Click the transaction ID to see a copy of your invoice.
Cancel a service
As a vendor or contractor, take these steps when you no longer need to be subscribed to our services.
Doc Express
Your Doc Express subscription will end based on the terms of your license agreement. If you no longer want your email address associated with your Doc Express account, your system manager can remove you from the employees list on their My Account page.
If you are the only person in your employee list, please contact Customer Success at infotechexpress.support@infotechinc.com or (888) 352-2439.
Bid Express
Your Bid Express subscription will remain active until your billing date. You can submit a bid even if your subscription ends before the bid deadline.
- Locate Bid Express in the Service list and click Unsubscribe.

Click OK in the unsubscribe confirmation window.
The service displays the canceled subscription and indicates the date through which it is paid.
