Add or edit drawers
You can change fields within a template drawer, drawers that you created, and drawers currently in use in a contract at any time. This includes adding folder types and workflow steps. You can also set the types of signatures needed for each drawer.
- Changes made to a drawer from the Manage Drawers page do not affect drawers already in a contract.
- Changes made to a drawer in a contract do not affect other drawers in the Doc Express service. However, you can add a type to a drawer on the Manage Drawers page and have it added to all contracts.
- The Working drawer is a place to work on a document before publishing it to another drawer. Not all of the drawer options are available for the Working drawer.
-
To update a drawer for all new contracts, select Template Drawers from the Sidebar menu and select the name of the drawer you want to update.
-
