All Infotech® services feature a standardized navigation menu in the page header containing important actions and resources. The footer of each page contains links to commonly referenced Infotech sites external to the product itself.

Header navigation
The following menus are available in the navigation header of each page of Infotech services.
The user menu, indicated by a round icon containing your initials, contains information and actions related to your account. Click on your initials to expand the user menu and find the following:
- Account Information | The first and last name, email address, and business name associated with your Infotech account are shown first in the user menu.

Account Settings | Click on Account Settings to go to the Infotech® Express My Account page. That's where you can:
- Edit your personal information
- Change your account email and password
- Manage your credit card and payment information
- View your transaction history
- View product notices
- Edit your business information (with the right permissions)
- Invite users to your business (with the right permissions)
- Sign Out | Click Sign Out to log out of all Infotech services.
- Legal Notices | View Infotech legal resources like terms of service and various policies. You can also find a link to Legal Notices in the footer of each page.
The help menu, indicated by a round icon containing a question mark (?), contains links for getting help and support for the product you're currently using. Click on the help menu icon to expand and find the following:
- Customer Support | Click here to find customer support information specific to the service you're currently using.
- Knowledge Center | The Knowledge Center contains help guides and procedural instructions for each Infotech product. Clicking the Knowledge Center link from the help menu will take you to the collection of resources specific to the service you're currently using.
- Send Feedback | We value customer input! From select products, click here to send feedback to our team.
The notifications menu, indicated by a bell icon, will display important notices and give you access to product update information. Click on the bell icon to expand the notifications menu and the following options:
- Notifications | When the service has important notifications to show you, a number indicating the amount of unread notifications will display on top of the notifications icon. Click on the Notifications link to view them.
- Release Notes | Keep up with product updates by viewing our release notes. Whenever changes are made to a service, our team posts release notes detailing the updates and what they mean for users. A notification dot will indicate when new release notes are posted, and the number next to release notes tells you how many have been issued since you last checked. You can also access product release notes from a link in the footer.
The product menu, indicated by a block of four squares, is where you'll go to switch between Infotech services. Click this icon to expand the list of Infotech services, then click on a product name to switch to that service.
Footer resources
In the footer of each page within Infotech services you will find the following links and resources:
- Legal | View Infotech legal resources like terms of service and various policies. You can also find a link to Legal Notices in the user menu of each page.
- Releases | Keep up with product updates. When you click here a new tab will open to view our latest release notes.
- Support | Click here to access customer support information for our products.
- Knowledge Center | This link will take you to the Knowledge Center, a repository of help guides and procedural instructions for each Infotech service. You can also access the Knowledge Center category specific to the product you're currently using from a link in the help menu of each page.
