Bid bonds in the Bid Express® service

For Bid Express vendors

Vendors registered with approved Surety Agencies may verify their bid bonds through the Bid Express service.

  1. With your proposal open, click Bid Bond in the content bar or scroll to the Bid Bond section. 

  2. Enter your Bond ID and your Surety Agency.

  3. Click Verify to ensure your bond information is correct.

  4. Enter any other required information in the Bid Bond form.

  5. Enter any optional information in the Bid Bond form if desired.

  6. Click Save Draft for the solicitation when you're finished.

The draft of your bid is saved only on your local computer. You can't access the bid from any other computer.
