The My Account page displays the Infotech Digital ID status of the company's employees. There are two columns: one for the legacy Digital ID, and one for the multi-browser Digital ID. The statuses are the same for each.
If you are waiting for approval for your Digital ID, you will see either the status is Pending along with the date you generated the ID or a message saying your Digital ID is being reviewed.
Once your Digital ID is approved, you will receive an email with the approval notification and instructions on how to install the ID.
If your Digital ID has been rejected, the status is Rejected along with the date of the rejection. The reason for the rejection and the date are also displayed and you will receive an email with this information. Correct the wrong information and generate the ID again.
If you leave your business, the Digital ID status changes to Invalid. The service also displays the date of the status change. You must generate a new Digital ID if you rejoin the business.
